Where can I view my invoices?
Go to https://hostingtera.com/clientarea.php?action=invoices
There, you’ll find your current and past invoices. You can view, download, or pay them from your dashboard.
What happens if I miss a payment?
Services are automatically suspended 3 days after a missed due date. If payment is not made within 7–10 days, services may be permanently deleted. To avoid disruption, we recommend enabling auto-pay or setting reminders.
How do I update my billing/contact information?
Log into your client area, go to My Details > Edit, and update your name, address, phone number, company info, or email.
